Responsibilities and Duties Office administration Phones Filing Typing/transcription Office reception Receive incoming customer calls to schedule and coordinate service jobs Maintain customer database with current information and manage our maintenance agreements Other duties or tasks that may be required Qualifications and Skills Experience in a fast-paced office setting preferred Some college helpful Proficiency in Microsoft Office Upbeat and professional demeanor Customer service skills Strong organizational ability Methodical - effectively balance a variety of dispatching, scheduling, and other admin tasks Benefits Competitive salary plus substantial annual bonus opportunity Health insurance Retirement plan Paid vacation and holidays Job Type:
